Chloé Thirlwall, Head of People Success at Distology

Chloé Thirlwall leads Distology’s people strategy and oversees the full employee lifecycle across the UK and EMEA, including talent acquisition, development, culture, and engagement. She joined Distology in 2021 to establish and build the company’s People function during a period of rapid growth. Since then, she has played a key role in developing scalable people processes and supporting the organisation in building a high-performing and engaged culture aligned with its commercial goals.

With over a decade of experience in HR and People roles, Chloé began her career in the media industry, working in fast-paced environments where organisational change and emerging job functions were common. This background shaped her practical, business-focused approach to people strategy and her belief that People teams should operate as true partners to the businesses they support.
