Salary: €31,000–€33,000 + up to €13,500 OTE (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Benelux team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some sales or account management experience who wants to develop a career in cybersecurity.
You'll work with our partner network, helping to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and support partners in growing their business with Distology's cybersecurity solutions. You'll receive training on our vendors, products, and channel sales approach, giving you the tools to build a successful career in one of the fastest-growing sectors in technology.

What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of channel partners.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective partner accounts.
Support partners in understanding and positioning Distology's cybersecurity solutions.
Work alongside internal teams to deliver an excellent partner experience.
Help develop partner business plans and sales campaigns.
Keep your CRM up to date with opportunities, forecasts, and account activity.
Attend partner meetings, events, webinars, and industry conferences.
Work towards individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
What We're Looking For
Around 1-3 years' experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive attitude with the confidence to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is beneficial but not essential.
An interest in technology or cybersecurity would be an advantage, although full product training will be provided.
